From the moment we arrived the staff were so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond for the guests and really made us feel welcomed. The hotel is gorgeous, the main lobby really setting the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view across the river and towards the city was breathtaking.

We enjoyed our stay and liked the room. A few minor issues. The basin taps had more pressure than my Gerni, yet the hand-held showers had no pressure at all. Have they been checked for calcium or debris buildup in the filters? Also, we had issues with the AC not keeping the room cool. The temp would rise to 26 degrees in the afternoon sun. I had a manager and a maintenance guy come up who could not figure out the issue. The solution was to use the override function, but that only allowed you to set a target temp and then it would turn off again. So i had to get up throughout the night to keep activating the override. We tried keeping windows open, but it was too noisy. Unlike every other controller, there did not seem to be a way to set the desired room temp. Pressing the up/down arrows would just bring up an "ofF" msg.
