2 night stay. Had two separate bookings but welcome drink only loaded onto one. Had an accessible room. Had a shower chair but no rails for support. No place to hang towels. Breakfast always good. No wine as welcome gift.

Room service 24hrs, even with a reduced choice, seems like the norm in a major hotel chain in the largest city in the country. Not with these guys though.

The hotel is well located, near public transport and restaurants in the heart of Parramatta. However, the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired, particularly with what you should be able or expect from a Novotel brand. The room was ok, albeit with a significant lack of lighting. The bathrooms were very disappointing and don’t appear to have been refreshed since the 80s. The gym/fitness facility and pool were also very substandard compared to what should be expected by the brand.

I had a comfortable stay. There was only one problem. The reservation confirmation on agoda said that breakfast was included as a perk, but when I checked with your staff at the time of check-in, she replied that breakfast was not included. I was very disappointed that she did not check with agoda.

Booked through the All Accor app thinking it would be safe to do. I wish I had read reviews first. Photos are not up to date and it's old and needs a renovation. Staff were pleasant, but we left an item in the room and rang them as soon as we realised. Two phone calls and no reply. Disappointed.
