The hygiene was a concern in the bedroom with stains underneath the kettle and the towels in the bathroom had foul smell. We rang to tell about our situation but nothing was really made up except for changing another kettle. This is not really what a 5 star hotel should look like and left us with a bad experience.

This was a return visit as last time I was very impressed. This time I was very disappointed. This time the room was smaller, quite cramped. The view out the window was of the roof of the building. Last time it was a view to the parklands. The used shower cap I was trying to save to reuse was taken by cleaning staff and not replaced. Towels even though they were hanh=ging up to be reused were taken and clean ones left. Not very environmentally friendly. The toilet did not flush well and the plumbing repairs which left us without water for several hours did not fix it.

Thermostat was clicking and buzzing most of the night waking me up. Shower in the bathroom had mould on it
