Very bad as my car was vandalised in the car park and I was charged for the parking . I have left messages regarding that why did you deduct the money for the car park since I have spent money to fix my car.

Not good had 3 people in room got 2 towels only got 2 coffee mugs only got 2 wine glasses only got 2 drinking glasses did I mention that there was 3 adults so why was there only 2 of everything Kettle was faulty contact reception 2 days in a row no response Room only had 1 garbage bin Room shampoo aquifers did not work they were ceased and goop around them Room view was below ordinary I paid more than my sons room and he got a beautiful view Bottom floor bar was never open No concierge service was offered Mould in the bathroom Definitely not a four star motel nor was it a 2 star Very hmmm experience 😢

Impressive facilities and friendly service are accompanied by most central location and reasonable price. Unforgettable family Christmas holidays in Brisbane became possible thanks to the great team of Mercure and Pullman working together. We shall definitely go there again and stay in 2026!
