Not a pleasant experience

Location was the only good thing about this property. The rooms are very dated,especially for the price they charge, we had no hot water and the toilet flush button was broken, we were given multiple different answers for car parking upon arrival and when we checked out the lifts were broken and they wouldn't answer the reception phone. They are happy to take your money but no customer service and no apologies. We had to drag our luggage down the stairs and when we got to reception there were 2 consierge staff standing around doing nothing. Wont be staying there again.

Hotel lovely but glad we didn’t try the restaurant.

I checked about parking when booked and on the day or arrival before arriving and when I checked in. There was no mention of the concierge parking fees until it became A. problem. The concierges came out assuming we would use them when we said no, they bluntly told us we had to move car immediately while we were unpacking the car. The Restuarant did not want to recognize the Accor Membership, so we had the bill put on the Room as the reception had already recognized it . It was like the Restuarant and Hotel were to separate parties which they may be but it is supposed to be the Hotels facilities and there seemed no linkage at all or A. willingness to help.
