Overall had a good hotel stay. Friendly staff at reception and concierge. Want to feedback my experience trying to claim the welcome drink from my Accor app at Gold Finch restaurant on Feb 21 afternoon, as I was told by reception I can claimed it there. The guy at the front desk told me can only claim at the Rooftop bar instead. When I went to the rooftop bar, there’s a long que, was told by the staff I should have gotten it from the Gold Finch restaurant as I was only claiming for welcome non alcoholic drink option. They said the Goldfinch restaurant usually do it to avoid serving customers. Could your staff at Gold Finch Restaurant be informed about it rather passing people around.
