Loved our short stay there. Very convenient to get around to the all the tourist areas from here. Few steps to the Circular Quay. Quick transportation to the International airport. Wonderful!

Stayed at the Pullman for the night to attend a show at the opera house. Staff were lovely, room was very nice overlooking the gardens. Wife was very impressed with the room service charcuterie board.

Our harbour view apartment was lovely, it was serviced wonderfully daily, and was a very quiet peaceful sleep…oh and a treat to wake up to a new cruise ship arrival…fabulous location.

We were amazed at the poor service at such an expensive hotel. Bar closed, so told we could get a drink in the restaurant. Managed to get a drinks menu but didn't manage to order despite our best efforts to attract attention. We left. Housekeeping took our dinner - unopened packs obviously left in the sink to thaw. The meal we then ordered for inhouse dining was just ghastly. Hamburgers with no chips or salad, the dish of tomato and aubergine was a burnt side dish - not remotely close to a main (which it was charged at). Reception unbelieveably useless - with one exception (I do not know her name).

The issues you outlined regarding the food quality and value are being taken very seriously and have been shared with our Food & Beverage and Housekeeping management teams for immediate review.
