The location & view from the hotel is great. However, the bathroom particularly felt tired - stains on tiles, older shower head. The floors in the hallways had not been vacuumed for multiple days and I found a cockroach in the laundry. It did not feel like value for money for $600+ per night.

1. Room is extremely spacious, well stocked kitchen but overall very tired 2. Frig does not work. Mini bar frig also does not work. 3. Breakfast is really really weak for the price we paid for this hotel. Seating is small too for such a large hotel. 4. We requested early check in. Sat in lobby since 10:00 for hours because we were just tired. Guy took luggage to the room 2 hours early. I asked at 1:00 if room was ready. Lady sent message to cleaning staff and said she would let me know. An hour later, I finally went up and asked again and it was ready. Hmm this is normal check in time. So my assumption is they don’t let you check in early even if it is ready. My husband even said earlier that there’s no way they would take so much luggage to a dirty room and the room is probably ready.

This is a well situated hotel right on the Rocks and Circular Quay. Close to all the amenities of Sydney.
