I have stayed at this hotel 20+ nights and yet everytime feels like the first. No acknowledgement at check in, no welcome gift unless you call a bottle of water in the mini bar with a complimentary tag on it as a welcome gift, no room upgrade(understand that one is a nice surprise not expected) and not a single other benefit i can think of despite loyalty at both this hotel specifically and Accor more generally.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was broken for the first two days of our trip and the room was 24 C. The staff was accommodating and tried to repair it and by the third day it improved. The shower in the en suite bath had a strong mildew odor.

Dear Dana, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. I am truly sorry that your stay was impacted by several maintenance issues and by delays at check-in. After a long journey, you should be able to settle in comfortably and without additional frustration, and I regret that this was not the case. Regarding the air conditioning, I would like to sincerely apologise for the discomfort you experienced. Once the issue was reported on the first night, our team attended to it the following morning, and the system was repaired. The unusually high temperatures outside, combined with direct sunlight through the windows, unfortunately contributed to the room feeling warmer than expected, even after adjustments. I completely understand how unpleasant this must have been during this time. We also sincerely apologise for the mildew odour in the shower and the issue with the toilet flush. These concerns should not have occurred, and I am very sorry they were overlooked. Our team attended to both issues the morning after receiving your feedback, although we understand the shower odour did not fully resolve. We appreciate your patience and will continue working to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate your kind words about our team, and I am sorry that the service felt strained at times. We recognise that wait times and staffing levels can significantly impact the guest experience, and your comments will help us continue improving. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know. Quiet easy to get where we needed to go

We are sorry to hear that breakfast did not meet your expectations, particularly the selection of fresh fruit and the absence of a buffet due to our hotel size. Regarding the room upgrade, we sincerely apologise that one was not offered.
