poor quality run down hotel

the hotel was very run down sink in bathroom had cracks in bottom that had been glued up. shower over bath had stained shower curtain had blue ink or somthing on it. bath base moved under foot and had a crack in it. 1 lift failed on first day second day only 1 of 3 lifts where operating on arrival forecourt and drive way looked dirty hotel generally looked very tired and run down staff where fine no issues with any interaction with staff at all
