Room is spacious, check in was easy, amenities were given together with upgrade, location was right in front of hyde park so it is about 10mins walk to world square or westfield market street and about 15mins to chinatown. Easy to find food and coles/woolworths. I guess the only downside is they dont give free bottled water, but the service is more than enough to make up for it.

Buffet breakfast great, room great. Was little confused when housekeeping didn't make beds. just placed was tea, coffe an fresh towels than said room is serviced.
