The staff and facilities were fabulous, but I cannot get over the room lighting. It was so dim throughout the room - including in the living area!, that it was impossible to read anything, or even comfortably talk to another individual, after the sun went down. Even over the desk the lighting was incredibly low, which meant that the desk was unusable for preparing work for the following day. The staff kindly provided an additional lamp, but it barely improved the situation. It was, hands down, the worst room lighting for a business hotel that I've ever come across, and I cannot recommend the hotel for this reason! My colleagues had the same experience in the two rooms that they stayed in, so it was not isolated to my suite. I couldn't figure out if it was some sort of cost/electricity saving measure, or a design feature, but it has turned me off the hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone travelling to Sydney for business.

Enjoyable. Comfy stay and nice facilities. The rooms are slightly dated with bumps in carpet. Tripped up a few times. Spa facilities lovely but should be adult only. We had a parent on their phone letting kids scream whilst in the pool and jump into spa as soon as we got out.
