After a cancelled flight and no rooms available near the airport, it was nice to be able to be directed to the Pullman by the Accor reservation centre. The rooms were perfectly fine and Paul in the restaurant was the epitome of class and service.

We were warmly welcomed on our first stay & again when we returned. As Accor gold members we were upgraded beautifully & able to check in earlier. The views from our room & pool were excellent. 2 small negatives, bedside reading lamps weren’t bright enough to read by & a handrail is needed to exit the pool.

It starts with the moment you walk in the door, Reception staff are consistently outstanding, they can't do enough to make your stay perfect, the Hotel facilities are excellent
