A little uncomfortable

I stayed at your hotel in June and was assigned to a room on the seventh floor. The TV at that time was a large-sized TV that could be connected to wifi and connect to Netflix, YouTube and other software. I was assigned to a room on the sixth floor in August. The room price was the same as in June, but the TV in the room was not only smaller in size, but also couldn't connect to wifi and couldn't watch Netflix/youtube and other programs. The same price but different room configuration makes people feel uncomfortable.

Perfect location hotel

Location: Located in suwon station and connected directly with AK plaza and station and from AK plaza you can also go to Lotte mall suwon. Location is 100/100. Parking: Parking was spacious and could park easily. Check-in and room condition: Staff were very kind and they asked me if I staying in this hotel for the first time and I said yes, they kindly explained everything about hotel. Room was little bit old but still well maintained. And I was worried about the soundproof of outside because our room was facing a big road side. But it was ok glass is very thick which has great soundproof. Only problem I had was little stained pillow but the hotel reception and staff dealt with this problem really fast and with professionalism they're willing to help you always! Overall: I definitely recommend staying in this hotel and it was really comfy staying with kind staff! Hotel located in perfect place for rest, shopping and eating.
