Mint S Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

The horrible experience began when we arrived, when the staff provided us with a room where previous guests were sleeping. On behalf of Accor Gold Members that no one recognised us anywhere that dissatified. 1 of the housekeeping team members had a nasty attitude, standing with his arms crossed and enquiring when we will check out. However, the room was very clean and had a lovely viewpoint. I'd want to appreciate the front desk staff for providing late departure as an apology.Remark: The bar attendant should know more about the level of member benefits and how to greet customers than this time.

No frills hotel at a good price yet giving you a spacious room. Room size is larger than a usual IBIS. Hotel breakfast buffet just normal and hotel has lots of tour groups including china groups so if you are fussy about this then should avoid this IBIS. Otherwise it is a good option for one who doesn't wish to spend on hotel stay. Not far from klcc and central shopping via taxi/grab.

Great location, well-maintained, fast service at check-in and check-out counter. Breakfast was okay for me compared to the price that we paid. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got diarrhea and vomited after that.
