Check-in started on a positive note, with polite and professional staff. The room was clean and well-presented, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the bolster and complimentary fruit platter for Gold Members. However, the experience was let down by multiple service lapses. Several amenities were not properly prepared or replenished, body wash and shampoo were not fully refilled, slippers were not replaced, and the fruit platter was left uncleared for over a day, eventually developing an unpleasant smell. Service coordination was also lacking. A requested laundry bag was never delivered, and the operator was rude and dismissive when contacted. Despite requesting for a Duty Manager to attend to the room, no one came, and I had to go down personally. Amenity requests were handled inconsistently, was told by housekeeping only one shaving kit could be provided which feels unreasonable, and the one given was unusable as the shaving cream had dried up. Even after raising these issues, follow-up was poor. I eventually had to bring the spoiled fruit platter down myself, and was later disturbed by housekeeping asking about the same issue again. Overall, while the room and initial impression were good, poor coordination and lack of attention to detail made the stay disappointing.
