overall I liked staying here. it was very well located, nearby Yui Rail, convenient stores and in walking distance to shopping malls and parks. it would be better if it has more common amenities in room such as cotton n cotton buds.

The hotel was nice, comfortable (superior room) and well placed next to a monorail stop. But, the location is near the start of the monorail so it can be really really busy as most people are travelling further from or from further when returning to the airport. Also, the sound proofing is poor, loud guests can ruin the stay.

The shower mixer is not working properly and it’s burn my skin while bathing even when turn to the cooler. I had feedback immediately to the front desk which they resolve the mixer issue the next days. At least I expected the basic necessities to be check before letting guests to their room. Just imagine if it’s a children getting burn by the 40 degree water.

Although I really like to stay at your hotel and will return again, this last visit had some concerns. First, the matcha tea bags were not replaced daily. Secondly, the bath mat was not replaced one day and I had to use a towel as the bath mat. The final concern was that on the weekend, to take a shower, I first run the water from the lower spout, then change to the shower head and then jump in. In this case, when I placed my hand in the water, I noticed that it was really hot. I checked the setting and found that someone had left the water handle on the highest hot water setting. Good thing I did not jump in. I would have gotten burned. I thought this was an anomaly so I let it go. Then on Sunday, I tested the water again and the setting was again on the highest temperature setting. 2 days in a row. On Monday, the setting was in the middle so I thought it must be a different staff. Please inform your staff not to leave any water setting on the highest setting. Thank you.

Overall the stay can be further improve especially the the 1st impression for a hotel coming from the front desk agent (not seems welcoming - Indian gentlemen) as well as the cleanliness of the hotel room (bed were not made up especially I'm very particular on this area as this determine the level of service from your housekeeping service).

The hotel placement is amazing, easily accessible from the airport with the train station being only about 3-5 minute walk away. Tourists spots such as kokusai dori are also within a walking distance (around 20 minutes). The receptionists are also very nice and helpful. The hotel isn't overpriced either, it's a fair deal for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and there's honestly nothing I could complain about.
