Hotel stuff are warm, helpful and friendly. Especially the morning stuff, there is a senior lady who helped at the breakfast, she was nice and kind. When my son spilled his soup, she came to help with a smile without any complaints. She was super!

Our first night was right below the high school students who came to hotel for conference/seminars I think. They were yelling, stamping tho floor all night; they were super excited and had so much fun to themselves. I couldn’t sleep at all for the whole night and actually got pretty traumatized. I then went down to the receptionist the next morning, the receptionist was helpful and helped change our room as we had 2 more nights to go. The hotel stuff was very good and helpful overall. Maybe in the future, the hotel can avoid to give the rooms that are right below the students to the regular customers? That is just my suggestion. Otherwise, our experience staying at your hotel was wonderful, the water-related facilities are superb! Is it possible in the future that there can be an indoors pool and sauna in case of bad weather, so the guests have somewhere to go. Thanks and we love your hotel!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful, the water was hot enough and the beds are firm and the room was nice and clean. Some of the water sports were included with the hotel, it was a plus.

We very much appreciated the newly designed outdoor pool and slides. On our 1st day it was very crowded, most likely as guest were staying for a long weekend over the public holiday. The breakfast had an huge selection, however area waiting time was substantial and we did not get the online queuing app installed, so had to walk down for a number every morning which was quite annoying. Overall the hotels needs to create add .space to prevent 30-40 min queues for breakfast, which I have never seen at any other hotel before. communiation with reception was sometimes a challenge due to a very limited understanding of English. The reception staff was however doing an utmost effort to help, once they understood the issue.

The website needs to be updated to reflect that this hotel is old and rundown, with zero to no service and too many undisciplined kids to count. Would never recommend this hotel.

Check-in experience was very disappointing as we waited in line for 45 minutes. I even checked in online before hand and still had to wait. Our room that we stayed (Okinawa style) showed many signs of wear and tear and was moderately dusty. However, the pool and water slides were excellent. Nice free snack and beverage area.
