It was a family trip with a pregnant woman and an infant, and we asked about ways to increase the temperature because we felt the air in the room was cold. The staff who did not understand English and was unable to communicate with us even if we showed them Japanese through a translator was informed to increase the temperature of the room. By the way, the controller was not to raise the temperature, but to increase the intensity of the air conditioner, and my family had to sleep in the cold at dawn on the first night. The next day, we raised the issue with this coldness, and the person in charge of the facility visited and explained that there was no way to raise the temperature by the room itself. Eventually, the front desk contacted us later and expected us to change to a prepared room and provide a separate warmer. However, we encountered a colder room with an air conditioner in operation, and the warmer also experienced an absurd situation where the room blacked out as soon as we connected. A trip I wanted to relax with my family remained a stressful memory. I don't want to experience the worst service again.
