This could be an amazing hotel if it just had better management. Things were off time not quite on schedule. Most of the staff was good but they needed more support. Breakfast buffet seems to close earlier and earlier everyday. Things that were said to be offered were not in executive lounge. Good management team or leader would help this be a great place to return.

We had a great stay. Resort had all the amenities expected of a 4 Star property. The Executive lounge was a definite stand out with very generous policies around food and beverages provided.

The good: booked a 12th floor suite. The suite itself was very spacious and nice. Only thing I didn’t like about it was the really high and firm pillows without a different option. Not the end of the world. The executive lounge is great. Very nice views and good options for light breakfast. The regular buffet was pretty good too. It could use some variety from day to day to mix things up as it gets old, however, the options and food are pretty good. What I didn’t like: the pool is freezing cold. It makes zero sense to me to have hundreds of guests wall to wall in the lazy river as it is heated and the large, beautiful pool completely empty, even of kids because it’s too cold to enjoy. Heat the pool for your guests. All inclusive doesn’t include lunch. Maybe this is a cultural Japanese thing but we found it incredibly strange that we have to pay for lunch if we wanted it. We also thought it was very odd that we couldn’t enjoy 1 beer at 2:00 in the afternoon as they won’t serve until 3:00. All inclusive resorts in my experience do not do this.
