Not a great experience. Wasnt even told my membership entitles free breakfast? Services staff was quite blur. No explanation on the free activities the hotel provides. Even the free lounges wasnt even mentioned?

It was a wonderful stay and it’s a nice hotel. A little dated. Slow elevators. A kids area in the exec lounge. Seems to cater to kids.

Waited over 15mins for the lift, all skipped our floor which we stayed at the 6/f, finally one lift stopped but almost full, our stroller cannot get in, eventually we need to go down by stair carrying our baby and stroller , it’s totally not children friendly and even dangerous to guests. When arrived the restaurant, still need to wait for entry as the restaurant was full, not capable to accompany hotel guests..we felt really disappointed

I visited Okinawa again for the first time in 10 years with my friends and family. I stayed at Grand Mercure for 2 nights and 3 days, but when I checked out, I felt like staying longer. Mr. D.Sandeep helped me with various difficulties during the check-in, and I think I had a special time during my stay. I am very grateful for the staff. There were many things to enjoy, such as room size, facilities, water play, lounge, and beach activities, so I was able to spend my time meaningfully.

I'm very happy that you enjoyed your stay. Please come again if you have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
