Our family had a great experience staying at the resort. Because of the typhoon, the resort made an exception allowing us to check in early which was really nice. Although we didn’t get to use the outdoor pool due to the bad weather, but we were able to stay in the executive lounge and enjoyed the drinks and snacks there. Overall experience was excellent. If there is anything worth noting for improvement, it would probably be the buffet dinner. Majority of the food items were carbohydrates and not that many protein choices. Everyone in my family felt that it was not worth the price we paid. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this resort to others.

This is a child friendly resort, but we encountered children running in the halls from 6:30 am so we decided to cut short our stay and stay somewhere a little more peaceful.

We had amazing time at the hotel in Okinawa. The facilities, service, rooms (on the highest floor) were outstanding. We had so much fun on the pool. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend the hotel grand mercure in Okinawa.
