It’s very disappointing when you book a room and it’s not available when you arrive at the hotel with your family. Considering this is the second time it happens at the same hotel network out of the only two times I’ve chosen Ibis to stay I guess its very likely to be a common issue in this network.

I'm used to stay at Ibis in several cities, but was my first time at a Budget one. I don't intend to stay at one anymore if possible. Positive points: breakfast, workers. Negative points: room, no fridge, no extras added in account (i.e. water), parking lot.
