Minha reserva (quarto de casal) foi feita E. paga antecipadamente. Também realizei o check in on line antecipado. Quando cheguei ao hotel, a atendente Gabriela demorou quase 1h para encontrar a reserva E., quando me dirigiu a um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro. Novamente questionei E. me informaram que esse era o único quarto disponível. Sem opção, utilizei o quarto E., naanha seguinte, ao realizar o check out, reportei a situação à gerente Erica, que informou que o gestor de reservas havia ocorrido overbooking. Situação muito constrangedora. Me senti totalmente desrespeitado como cliente E. não houve nenhuma tentativa de minimizar o constrangimento.
