Easy check in, good for mobility and makes our lives easier

The air conditioning doesn't worked, the early breakfast was very poor.

From the check-in through the check-out, the two night stay (w/ breakfast!) was great!

Excellent.

It was fine, the hotel always clean, a very kind attemption on the desk, room silence and quiet. Enough variety of food on breakfast.

I stayed in a room beside the elevator, the cleaning ladies banged the restrict door all morning. I understand that the next time I should ask for a room far away from the elevator, but I think that the ladies could hold the door so it doesn't bang so much!!! Especially on Sunday morning!!!! Thank you for your attention.

All was very good for AGRISHOW week.

*First day of my stay, without warning from the hotel, the water was shut off. I was ready for shower, and there was no water. I had to call the front desk to hear that they were finding out what happened. I had just arrived from a 26 hours trip. I did not receive any hotel apologies, or offer to reimburse payment. *On the second day, I was awake with a woman screaming, next door, some guy was struggling her. I had to call for help again; however, they did not immediately called the police. Two staff members came upstairs than called the police. Four police officers come to the hotel, lots of arrests and noise. I was shaking absolutely afraid for my own life due to the disturbed situation, It seems the hotel let prostitution in. Again no apologies, or money back for my disturbing night. *Following day, I arrived by 7PM, and the housekeepers did not clean the rooms on my floor. No apologies, the front desk employee came to make the bed. That shows absolutely lack of management and organization. *Following day, I left and had to come back to pick up important documents. The front desk female employee (long black hair), did not allow me to go back to my room, unless I would give her my credit card to pay for the rest of my stay. Even though I had made reservations and payed with the same credit card, I told her I was in a hurry to get the same credit card number as the days before. She said if a nasty arrogant way "The machine won't work to make you a new key." I had to go back to my car, get my purse, my credit card and give to the lady. Since I had had enough bad experience with this hotel, I told her to cancel the rest of my stay, and changed hotels. I will NEVER go back to this place, and I will NOT recommend to anyone. This letter will be followed to Ibis Headquarters too.

Very good place for staying. This hotel is right inside the shopping center. There are meny options for your leisure time.

It was a great experience, i just believe that the breakfast should be better, there is few options

The overall experience was pretty fine, but the room was too small.

The bed was ok and The shower as well. Like I said: The concern did not tell me about the empty fridge. I had to get down to take a bottle of water.
