Ibis budget is better than this hotel. Furniture are old and dirty. Bed caused me rush. There was a leak in the bathroom. Badge was not always working... Too bad experience there

Ao chegar no local ficamos um tempo aguardando, logo que fomos atendidos percebemos que tinhamos feito a reserva para uma pessoa e estavamos em duas, pedimos para nos ajudar a manter o valor mais em conta, mas mesmo sendo cliente ha tantos anos e com pontos inclusive, nos negaram sem o minimo esforço e cobraram uma tarida mais cara do que tinhamos pelo app, e alem de tudo o cafe da manha cobraram um valor exorbitante para a outra pessoa, nos obrigando a perder o cafe que tinhamos pago para um, pois nao teriamos coragem de pagar o outro. Ainda pagando estes valores pq ao menos podiamos cancelar a outra reserva, ao chegar no quarto, ele estava sujo, com cabelo de outra pessoa em varios lugares do quarto, um nojo, com roupa de cama suja. Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel, visto que ja me hospedei em varios e nao estavam assim!
