was nice, comfortable, closer to the airport -- unfortunately, although I had emailed asking if they had a shuttle to the airport for an early flight to which they responded, yes you just need to let the front desk know your flight time the day before and they arrange the shuttle for you-- not true. We had to pay 60E for a taxi to take us to the airport at 4:30 am because the shuttle is not in service until 7:30 am. Communication of this was imperative and essential and for that I am not happy with my stay.

Restaurant was too slow. We ended up leaving and tried the bar. We were again sat for 20 minutes and no one came. We ended up ordering with glovo.

Pasqua made a good job by the upgrade and giving us the room as early as possible. But the hotel location was not good n takes a lot of time to reach the center. Partly is my mistake to book it. Rooms are not isolated from noise well and we could hear the next door room people talking. Also I couldn't enjoy the welcome drink when I was checking out even when I asked for a can or coke I didn't get that as I didn't have the time to enjoy it during my stay!!
