La chambre qui m'a été attribuée face à l'ascenseur ne me convenait pas. En effet, elle sentait le renfermé et était bruyante lors des passages. Après ma réclamation, une chambre convenable m'a été proposée dès le lendemain. Merci Berisa.

Séjour ok au mercure gold hotel En revanche déçue des services salle de sport piscine - au même etage qu un bar du coup quand on arrive le matin odeur de tabac froid tres forte + wc des vestiaires qui servent au bar egalement et donc impraticable. C est dommage.

Bien situé, personnel à l'écoute, chambre propre sont les points positifs par contre la nuit mal insonorisé à cause de la boite de nuit au rez de chaussée, très désagréable..

Hôtel bien situé. Nous y avons séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans le passé . Mais cette année nous somme déçu par la vétusté de l’hôtel et de la chambre en particulier ce sont peut être des détails mais importants à nos yeux

Un grand merci à Berina une personne magnifique et son équipe Par contre l hotel est très vieux Odeur de canalisations et fuite dans la salle de bain Pisicine très petite et le rof top très vieux et sale J ai mis 6 car par rapport au personnel de l hotel Je conseille à Accor de le raser et refaire un neuf vu l emplacement
