Très bien accueillis par l’hôtesse à notre arrivée à l’hôtel. On nous a informé qu’on avait droit à une boisson de bienvenue à prendre au bar pendant notre séjour. Nous nous sommes rendus un soir au bar vers 20h. Il y avait beaucoup de serveurs mais aucun ne nous a accueilli. Nous nous sommes dirigés vers le bar pour prendre nos boissons de bienvenue. On nous a répondu que c’était fermé mais que c’était possible de manger. Nous sommes sortis du bar pour se renseigner à l’accueil de l’hôtel pour quelles raisons nous ne pouvions pas avoir nos boissons. On nous a répondu que le bar était fermé à 20h. On nous a laissé en plan à l’accueil sans solutions. Nous n’avons pas eu nos boissons.
