As business traveler, I would say the hotel is underwhelming. Only hotel lobby is looking great, the room floor feeling so dark and and looking so aged. The room is not well maintained, while its a huge room, can see its not cleaned and maintained well.

All the staff were wonderful and welcoming - thank you. Room was very tired and requiring refurbishment, the chair was held together with tape, very small tv and some mold in the bathroom. I was grateful for the welcome cake - but the plate could not fit in the refrigerator, so maybe a smaller plate for such a welcome.

The room set up is pretty old, and dark without enough lighting during night, I will need to use my phone torch to look for stuffs in my luggages, that how bad is the lighting. Is also very dusty, I suggest to have daily vacuum service. Other than the room facilities, the lobby and breakfast was good, but I might not come back to this hotel as the room is pretty dissapointing.
