The foods are excellent. We had an enjoyable dinner. We were served by 3 excellent and friendly waiters Kiki, Kristin and Anwar. They even prove us with nice blankets when we told them we felt cold.

My stay at Pullman Hotel has been delightful! All the staff members have been particularly helpful and very friendly, especially Romi. He is so kind and is a great house keeper. My room is always immaculately clean and everytime we see each other down the hallway, we have very pleasant conversations together. He always asks me if I need anything for the room and is happy to provide whatever I need!

Good location. Rooms are smaller compare to other 5 star hotel in Jakarta. Kinda old by looking from the carpet along the hall. Check in process NOT GOOD! We have to wait for 2 hours from check in time to get our room. Their service recovery, need to be improved too. Breakfast are good! A lot of choice and most taste good. The food from room dining are good thou! The staff at restaurant are friendly.

I lost my phone in the taxi in Jakarta today. The phone was turned off, I had no receipt from the taxi driver and no link whatsoever. However thanks to the superb dedication and smartness from bellboy Jhonatan and his colleagues at Pullmann he mange to locate the taxi driver and get hold of my phone. Many thanks also to Bluebird and the taxi driver for returning my phone. Great attitude from everyone involved.

During my stay at Pullman Thamrin Jakarta, I faced an issue with the HDMI port in my room, which prevented me from projecting my laptop screen onto the TV. Despite making four calls to the operator, no one followed up as promised. Two technicians eventually came to assist, but they were unable to resolve the problem. However, the situation improved significantly when Acha from the customer experience team contacted me in the evening. After learning about the issue, she escalated it to her manager, Jennifer. The next morning, several staff members—including the restaurant manager and Executive Chef Koay—greeted me warmly by name, showing clear attention to my case. Jennifer later met with me to understand what had happened and took immediate action. Knowing I was expecting guests from the Indonesian military (TNI), Jennifer arranged for my meeting to be held in a proper meeting room, which impressed both me and my guests. Their thoughtful service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I am grateful to Jennifer, Acha, Koay, and Sugeng from the restaurant for their exceptional effort in delighting a previously unhappy customer.
