Great service - started with welcome email from Jennifer, plus she made it a point to meet me in the Executive Lounge to say Hi. Next is the staff in the Executive lounge - Reta and Farras - they were warm and friendly. Last is Concierge staff Ilhan, he was cheerful and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located close to two large shopping malls, making it easy to enjoy shopping during my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and the room was very satisfying. I was so grateful that the staff helped me recover a lost item — thank you to all the staff for their warmth and thoughtfulness. One minor downside was that the entrance is located at the rear of the building, which made it difficult for Grab drivers to find their way, which was a little inconvenient. Lastly, the breakfast section was wonderfully diverse and everything was delicious — it's one of the most memorable parts of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

For a 5 star hotel, it was an unpleasant stay

However, I do apologize for the shortfall that you have experienced. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused during your arrival due to the missed registration of your car’s serial number, which resulted in a delay.
