We stayed at the Pullman Beach Resort, Da Nang for 8 days in November 2025. We had a truly excellent time, with all the facilities and great accommodation. The best part of our stay were the staff, (especially Daisy and Thu,) who were professional and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The location of the Pullman in Da Nang was definitely superior to all other 5 star resorts. We greatly recommend staying at this wonderful resort!

The hotel ambience is very nice with all the modern facilities.... My daughter enjoyed the halloween party, Ms. Thuy made face painting....she loved it The next two days my daughter spent her whole time in the kids club since it was full of toys. Both Ms Thuy and Ms Thoy helped her to make crafts and paintings I loved the atmosphere and behaviour of the staff ❤️

As its a internationally branded hotel, we do expect international standards in food at the restaurants but the food options are super limited and not tasting good at all.. we have tried few different meals but they all are not up to the mark

We’re concerned you may not have had the chance to try Azure, which offers a different choice of dishes and might better meet your expectations. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the Accor app issues. Please provide us with the date when the Accor app encountered an error while you were making the booking. We will report these errors to Accor so they can investigate and improve the system. It was unfortunate that this prevented you from receiving priority support, and we encourage guests to contact the hotel directly in such situations so we can assist immediately.
