The team starting with arrival were amazing and very friendly. The room was perfect and provided a our family enough space to get comfortable and cool down. The breakfasts with special coffee was enjoyed by all of us and helped prepare us for outings or a the casual relaxation by the pool. Thank you for truly relaxing time

Complained the aircon wasn't working twice, room temp only got down to 25c. I was asked by reception if all ok told them it wasn't but if they couldn't fix it the first couple of times unlikely they could do anything the third time. In a situation like this surely you should just ask if we wanted a different room. Staff didn't look happy and service was slow given the amount of people there.

The hotel has generously sized rooms, the breakfast selection is extensive, and the pool area is modern. The beach area has many shaded seating areas to lounge and relax.
