Moderate Facilities for a 5 star Resort

I stayed at Pullman Da Nang for four nights during a business conference. One highlight of the hotel is the hospitality of the staff. They are very kind, very helpful, and very responsive. The resort is situated south of My Khe Beach. An Thuang entertainment district is about 15 mins walk from the resort. Around the resort there are numerous restaurants and massage parlours. The resort itself is moderate in size. Room size is moderate while guests may have expected bigger size for a resort. The gym is also moderate in size, with basic equipments. The spa is quite sizable, offering free to use jacuzzi, sauna, and steam. Nothing much on the beach. Only a few beach benches. The tennis court is under renovation when I visited. Breakfast buffet is also moderate offering a few selections of Vietnamese, western, and a bit Japanese food. Overall Pullman Da Nang resort is moderate. I am excited to have stayed in the resort however I might want to try another resort when I come back to Da Nang.
