This property needs to hire more staff to deal with check in.

Dear Mr. C., Thank you for your feedback. We truly regret that your arrival experience did not meet expectations. Regarding the check-in process, please kindly note that online check-in is currently not available at our hotel due to local regulations requiring guest registration and identity verification. Guests are required to present a physical identification document at the reception, and in cases where the room charge is paid online, verification of the transaction is also necessary. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, especially as our team member had to handle phone calls simultaneously, which may have interrupted the flow of your check-in experience. As for the check-out experience, we are quite surprised to learn about your comment and sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. Our team does not request guests to wait in order to check items such as pillows. The standard room inspection process is conducted to verify minibar consumption and to ensure that no personal belongings are left behind in the room. Could you please kindly clarify more details on this situation, so we can investigate further and address it appropriately?
