I leave a review after returning to Korea three days ago. "Pullman Danang Beach Resort" was really perfect. This was a mother-daughter trip to celebrate my mother's retirement. I wanted to let her to have a special and great memory. Before check-in, the hotel contacted me in advance and asked me about the pickup service. From then on, I thought that the hotel is paying a lot of attention to preparing welcome guests. Starting with a warm welcome from Ms. Nha, whom I met when I checked in, and a quick and friendly check-in help, I was excited to start my stay at the resort. And thank you to Ms. Hang for helping me guide my mom and me to the room. Ms. Hang asked me what purpose this stay was and if I had visited Da Nang before, and gave the guest a feeling that she cared about the customer with all her heart through her attitude of forming rapport. (Additionally, Ms. Hang showed her sincere heart to remember our wonderful memories by saying goodbye to me and my mom at the end before heading to the airport on checkout day. Mom and I were honestly moved to tears. The warm memories at Pullman Danang Beach Resort have given me 200 percent of the heart to welcome back here and I'll be back on my next vacation with the rest of my family.) My mother and I want to share new memories together, We attended a yoga class. Starting at 6 a.m., the yoga session was held outdoors with a breath of fresh air. The instructor'Ms. Thuy ' taught a yoga in a easy way for participatns to understand well and took pictures of the moment of the class and shared them for us to keep the memory. Thank you, Ms. Thuy ! PS: My mother did yoga for the first time in her life and she was very satisfied :) Finally, Thank you to Ms Phuong and Bao Vi who met at Restaurant Epice My mother, who likes the Ban Xeo menu, wanted to try it, so I ordered the Ban Xeo and pizza together. On our first visit, it was a happy time thanks to Ms Phuong who provided nice and wonderful customer service, and after checking out, we visited again and ate. Please inform to the chef at Restaurant Epice that you are the best cheft! :) My mom said that Ban Xeo and Pizza were so delicious that this place is must-visit restaurant if come to Da Nang ! In conclusion, there were wonderful employees here, so the guests could have happy memories, and we were able to have a perfect stay. Thank you.

Pullman Resort Danang is excellent. The team who look after guests are real assets for the hotel. Management can be proud of the way they represent the brand. The hotel itself is very nicely presented. The rooms are comfortable, with Nga and the team doing a great job in servicing them each day. The beach, gym, pool and gardens are well-kept. Thanks to Phuc and the others at the pool bar for supplying iced water during the heat of the day, and then looking after us most happy hours! Head chef Trent runs a high calibre kitchen. Breakfast is superb, possibly the freshest & cleanest presentations for a large restaurant we’ve been to, with excellent variety. Daisy, Ha, Hon, Chau and all the team at Epice made each morning a pleasant start to our day. They greeted us warmly, remembered our preferences, and were gracious and fun to talk with. Thao and everyone else at the front desk lobby area looked after us professionally and kindly. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt incredibly welcome as guests. As Accor Platinum members who love resort life, we feel this was such a good hotel (location on the beach, general vibe and particularly the friendly and kind staff), that we are already planning our trip back next year. To management: keep the team inspired, as they really are your biggest asset for the resort and repeat business. D & J

The Nang Spa, Pullman Hotel - Da Nang. Great massage, in clean comfortable facilities. We booked a 60 mins couple and my wife received a 1 hour facial at no additional charge. Therapist were fantastic, friendly and excellent at their jobs; highly recommend. Thank you ‘Phuong’ & ‘Hien’, see you again soon.

I was surprised by the subtlety of knowing the room where the restaurant employee Vi is staying and was very friendly. So I was able to stay more comfortable during my stay. It was a hotel with such a happy memory that I would like to visit Da Nang again next time.
