Your feedback regarding the poolside service, including the availability of napkins and plates, as well as the breakfast seating arrangement, has been shared with our Food & Beverage Management team for review and appropriate action to help prevent similar situations in the future. Regarding the coffee service at breakfast, allow us to share that, in addition to our order-based beverage corner, we also provide a self-service coffee and tea station where guests may prepare their preferred drinks. Nevertheless, we understand that our team should proactively take guests' orders and clearly introduce the self-service option. Regarding the French fries, each of our outlets has its own customized menu, which is why French fries are not listed on the Infinity menu.
