Thank you Pullman Da Nang for a terrific beach holiday experience — the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing, and we loved the beach bar, beach restaurant, spa, and gym. Breakfast and the restaurant meals were excellent, the kids adored the play area, and we appreciated how well the beach is maintained (though it does get very crowded late afternoons). Our room was comfortable, but a bit small for a family of four; one simple improvement would be to add rubbers under the restaurant chairs to stop the loud scraping noise when they are moved.

Facilities were great. Service could be improved. Room service menu was very limited and pricey.

Regarding the room service menu, we would truly appreciate it if you could kindly share what types of food or additional options you would expect to have available. Your suggestions will help us further improve our dining offerings. We also apologize if the room cleanliness was not up to your expectations. Could you kindly provide more details on the areas that required improvement, such as the bed, bathroom, floor, or other specific aspects? In regard to the coffee service, please allow us to express our sincerest apologies for the delay in the opening of the bar on that day. We would also like to kindly clarify that, besides Infinity Bar, Epice Restaurant (our breakfast venue) is also available for à la carte coffee service. In addition, Infinity Bar normally opens daily from 8:00 AM. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
