We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to many sites of interest and has wonderfully polite, helpful staff. We were able to indulge in a full buffet breakfast and dine in at our choice.

Your staff is excellent. Very polite and good at their jobs. Every interaction was perfect in all departments. Loved the front porters who always helped us find our way and make sure we got into the correct grab. Ahn at guest services was most helpful when we needed documents printed. All of the front counter service staff were very helpful. Tien at the lobby bar is a great asset for you! We upgraded our room to a suite and it was very spacious with separate living room and large decks. Cleaning staff were excellent. All meals at both restaurants were great and service staff were excellent. Pool was good. Loungers were basic and could be upgraded to improve the experience. Hotel was close to many dinner options and to travel around the city. Grab ( uber like car service ) was easy to use and very affordable. Lots of $3 rides The only area that didn’t meet our expectations was the cleanliness of the gym. Our opinion may be based on Canada standards, that when equipment is used by someone, they wipe it down before the next person uses it. My wife and I used the gym every day and sometimes there were 7-8 people in it. No one wiped down the equipment after using it, except us. Staff did pop into the gym about every 20 minutes but only to check the temperature and to pick up any towels. We never saw anyone else wiping down the equipment nor are there any signs from the hotel for users to do so. Maybe this isn’t important in Asia? Thank you for a great stay

We felt welcomed and most staff were kind and polite to us, greeting us when they see us. We appreciate the gesture to upgrade us to a suite for free and the complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary was delicious! I love that there’s so much cold pressed juice selection at the breakfast buffet, a healthful and thoughtful addition. The coffee selection is aesthetically pleasing and tastes good. Very thankful for the detox water at reception to keep us hydrated. I wish there were more Vietnamese food like bánh cuốn or bún chả. A slight disappointment was that going into the sea was not allowed and no water sports, and the beachfront was the biggest reason we were there instead of elsewhere more inland and cost less. We also saw the sign for butterfly garden but was told it’s closed down, so sad! Would be nice to have more photoworthy spaces like that.
