We stay roughly every 6 to 8 weeks, but this time disappointed. We paid for an early check in and on arrival they were not expecting any early check-ins. They did find a family room, but we also asked for a low fool but only one available was on top floor and last room on level. We always book a family room as I was told that are only on the first floor. so disappointed with this stay

In the main very good though wifi is very bad on the 1st floor and no decent mobile phone signal either

Room was cold.not cleaned very well skirting boards were filthy. Food was good.excellant breakfast
