We arrived to our room to find a bottle of Prosecco and two choc brownies, and a note saying guest of the day. Lovely touch.

Do not share this great hotel as we need to keep it Kents best kept secret. An exceptional well run hotel where all the staff and management work as a team and like a family run business. Well done to you all , from the cleanliness and detail of the room to the warm meet and greet and finally great hospitality and food is terrific.

Stayed for a post Christmas break to visit relatives. Entrance not over impressive appears to be part of a large complex but welcoming reception and easy registration. The room overlooking the grounds was spacious with a large bed. Quiet and a comfortable nights sleep. Nice en-suite bathroom. Unfortunately the heating was not working and a portable heater was provided by a very helpful receptionist. Plumbers attended and assured us the system was fixed. It wasn't but as the temporary heater was adequate we didn't pursue the matter further. Breakfast and evening meal were a good standard with plenty of choice. Really enjoyed the swimming pool. Wifi worked well. Plenty offer on-site parking. Overall a pleasant stay. Nice above average hotel getting a bit long in the tooth. Helpful and professional staff.
