Appreciated the parking availability and ease of finding the location. Well placed for city access. Was immediately reassigned to a ground floor room to accommodate my needs which was most appreciated. Room service went above and beyond to assist ( tasty food by the way). Enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast next morning, followed by seamless check out.

Relaxing, comfortable stay. Rooms are tired and spa area really meeds upgrading but good for the price we paid. Breakfast was lovely but dinner not so good. Tv app to mirror our phone didnt work so we couldnt watch a film

Gym and pool are a benefit

Staff were nice, but room was not so great. Poor cleaning / hovering. Toilet not flushed. Shower leaked quite bad, and kept turning itself back on. Other elements in the bathroom broken, such as the sink tray. Door banged quick loud. Gym air con was on was not turned on. There also seem to be a lack of cleaning here too.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Good room facilities. Pool and hot tub nice and warm. Good breakfast and dinner, but a little pricey.
