Overall, I was disappointed. When first arrived we were allocated a double for 3 of us. I had to ask for a third bed to be installed. The heating wasn't working, so they brought in 2 inefficient electric heaters. I had a bath and the water was only tepid. At this point we complained and were moved to a larger room with heating. This room was good but I never managed to get hot water in the bath, but the shower was OK. The other issue was the extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom so we had to open the window in the room to clear the steam. The breakfast was good and staff were all nice and helpful. The location is great. 10 minutes walk from train and close to many museums and the centre.

The hotel is in a good position and breakfast and communal areas are nice. Our room was still a bit dirty (there was a large man's footprint on the floor in the bathroom). It was meant to be ready at 3pm but the sofa-bed was not made up. There were only two sets of towels given to us not 3.

Stayed for business. Ideal location to Piccadilly Gardens. Clean room. Walls seemed thin, could hear talking / tv / music in nearby room (no traffic noise though). Good connection to car park via hotel. Lifts seemed to always be busy.

Had a lovely stay with family during Christmas. Staff is absolutely fantastic special thanks to kostian on reception and I am sorry I can’t remember the name of the black lady who was so good with kids and she was so helpful

We went out more or less as soon as we checked in and didn’t return until 3am. We were out again the following day from lunchtime. The room was exceptionally cold and I thought there must have been a fault. I did report this to reception desk at around 6pm and the gentleman said that building was very old and that the heating should be turned to no higher than 20 initially in order to warm up. We did this but unfortunately the room was still freezing. The plug in heater made very little difference. I would never stay at this hotel again.
