I am very sorry to hear that your room temperature and heating controls did not function correctly during your stay. A cold room is clearly unacceptable, particularly when travelling for business, and I apologise that this was not resolved to your satisfaction. Your comments regarding the Wi-Fi instability and the lack of recognition of your Platinum status, including the absence of an upgrade, are also noted and regretted. We fully recognise that parts of the building and its systems are no longer meeting the standards our guests expect.
