Standard room, basic equipment, a lot of noise heard from outside (no insulation). I was at 12th floor (I can’t imagine noise from lower level floors). You pay just because you’re at Piccadilly, city centre. Needs a significant renovation.

The staff was very nice and quite helpful. The location is good. The room is a bit old. But however is in charge of payments is a fraud that is illegally double charging and holding money.

Overal very good, unfortunatelly there is one point almost discqualifing your hotel for my next trip - Wifi. At was at 10th floor and i couldnt connect at all.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in a privilege / superior room which was comfortable and spacious. Generally my experience of Mercure hotels has been very positive, however on this occasion I cannot say we were extremely satisfied because 1) our room was not refreshed / made over during the day 2) the lighting in the room was rather dim 3) the internet connection in the room was flaky and at time momentarily non-existent
