I was very disappointed to read about your arrival experience and the impression given during check-in. Please accept my sincere apologies that you felt overlooked and uncomfortable at reception. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the condition of the room and bathroom facilities. Whilst I am pleased you found the room clean and enjoyed the breakfast, I am sorry that parts of the hotel appeared tired and did not meet your expectations.
