The lady who checked me in was rude in my opinion Spoke to let me know I was next in line but didn’t look up from the computer which made me feel like I had misheard She then did the same again when I didn’t step forward which made me look stupid While checking us in her attention was on what was going on around her behind the desk with other staff and constantly left us stood there waiting mid check in while she dealt with other things She’d be better dealing with the customer she’s serving and have confidence that the other staff can do their job without her intervention. The room was clean but very basic the bathroom was dated and the sink would not hold water. Lots of areas of the hotel are tired and need updating Breakfast was lovely I think the parking cost is extortionate especially even you have paid to stay at the hotel

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Nice bed. Staff were great. Good buffet breakfast and vegan sausages cooked up specially for me.

Room itself was ok, but air conditioning didnt work and was too hot.

I have come back from our stay with bites all over my arms, when I went to the doctors thinking I had chicken pox because some of the lumps were weeping. I went to the doctor and she confirmed bug bites most likely bed bugs! I had to take antihistamine due to the itching. This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and we were on a different floor. I felt this room was not to usual standard of the hotel
