It’s clearly time to shut down this hotel and refurbish it. First room leak, had to change room, second room, smelly, mouldy, safe not secured to the wall, wifi doesn’t work. The hotel looks really worn down, i felt like i was in a terrible motel from the movies. No apologies given. Avoid this hotel at all cost, very disappointed that its still under the Accor brand.

Although hotel, staff were all lovely and bed was comfy. The room itself was in a terrible place. I was right between the lifts and the corridor doors. So between the lift going all night and the doors being opened and shut every time people walked to their rooms, I had practically no sleep. I was woken a good 20 times throughout the night as it's sounded like someone was knocking on the door whenever someone went through the doors to the corridor . Extremely disappointed. As an independent travel agent I would not recommend staying here if you get allocated this room!
