Whilst the accommodation was fine, there was a number of disappointments with the standard of the hotel and room, noise proofing was lackluster, bathroom design was a hazard waiting to happen, not high quality products available in the room (1 ply tissues and toilet paper), the english tv channels were very few and the room was advertised as a king bed but the bed was lucky to be a queen and was not comfortable. Mini bar was under stocked and had very few options. The check in process was overly complicated for not good reason. We did an online check in but it did not save anytime at all. Just an added step for no reason.
