Overall a satisfactory stay. Staff were very pleasant st check in and check out. A couple of Executive lounge staff at the welcome desk were not as friendly which took a bit of shine off the experience. Also not sure how the same person is able to "reserve" the best table in the lounge every night. Discovered he was a regular visitor but that shouldn't restrict other paying guests from this position. Lounge food was quite good but could've been kept warmer especially the breakfast items.

It was all good save the noise and bad smells that came down from the sketchy night club on the roof.

Room was good but toilet near entrance door was leaking on first night, got that fixed on 2nd day. Milk powder were insufficient and had to ask more each time. Couple of times when we dialled "0" (zero) for operator, no one answered.

We went there as a family trip. Location were great with so we could plan our holidays the best way. The view on the river and the bridges were stunning, the facilities like the gym and the pool were nice but the kids room weren’t that great with the very little toys and play equipment. And as usual in Vietnam, service were above expectations : the staff were in the highest level of attention to us. I definitely recommend this place.

My teen gets tired / neurodivergent overwhelm.  She goes out in the morning and rests in the afternoon. She said no to room cleaning yesterday afternoon - I was buying a drink.  We have spent the next 24 hrs requesting towels (they didn't arrive so I got from the pool)  and have had the room cleaning light on.  It is now over two days and two visits to the front desk and we still don't have fresh towels or a clean room.  I cannot leave because there is nowhere for my daughter alone when housekeeping arrive.  We are Accor program members and this is our second stay in a week.  We asked for one thing pre arrival - a higher floor , we didn't get that either.  I suspect cleaners work top to bottom hence why mid afternoon with the please clean light on for 24 hours we still don't have fresh towels
