The services are not upto the mark. The room cleaning doesn’t happen. For everything you have to ask at least twice. Sometimes we went to the reception even for basic water. Not recommended at all.

During my extended stay on a business trip, there were times when I felt a little lonely. However, thanks to the warm hospitality and kindness of the lounge staff, I was able to get through my stay comfortably and without any problems. I was also inspired by your constant smiles and dedication to your work. Seeing how hard you all worked motivated me to do my best as well, and I was able to successfully complete my work assignment. I am truly grateful to all of the lounge staff for your support and kindness. First and foremost, I want to commend your team for their excellent hospitality. The overall service was wonderful, and I found the staff to be consistently courteous, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. It is clear that your team works hard to make guests feel comfortable. ​However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the culinary offerings, specifically concerning dietary accommodations. I had informed the hotel well in advance about our vegetarian diet preferences, but unfortunately, it felt as though very little effort was made to accommodate us. ​During our time in the Premier Lounge, we noticed there was typically only a single vegetarian dish available for the evening canapés, and none of the options were Indian. Similarly, we never saw any vegetarian Indian options provided during breakfast in the lounge. Given the significant number of Indian tourists who visit your property, I was quite disappointed to be informed that there is no chef on staff capable of preparing Indian dishes. ​I share this feedback with the hope that you might consider expanding your menu and kitchen capabilities to better cater to the diverse dietary needs of your international guests in the future. ​Thank you again to your wonderful staff for their service, and I hope this feedback is helpful for your continuous improvement.
