The staff are exceptional always friendly, professional and very courteous. Although the weather was unexpected there are plenty of indoor activities for all ages. We will be staying again.

Enjoyed the walks around the resort, the pool table, and cozy room. Great breakfast in the morning too.

Great hotel, lots of fun things to do for the kids. I have only given an 8 satisfied for the rating as I feel there could of been more entertainment over the Christmas period. We stayed on 24th and 25th but the bars in the hotel shut at 9pm. It would of been great for the adults to have something to do of a night along with having some live music like a jazz band or cover band singer..something we could of relaxed to. All The kids fun activities werent available, and if there are piny stables then there could be pony rides or a petting zoo for the kids. The slide was alos shut .Also there's not much in the way of variety of food at the hotel. The Italian restaurant downstairs was closed. Also may I suggest some late night movies playing in the cinema. Otherwise a good stay apart from a few missing aspects that would of gotten a 10/10

The room was dated and poorly designed. Especially the bathroom. Plenty space but you still had to move awkwardly out of the bath and you have a mirror facing you when in the toilet. Also no coffee machine in the room. And TV was small for this era.

To be fair the experience was very average. I appreciate it was over Christmas and the hotel was busy and booked. However, as a diamond member I did not receive any benefits pre stay and during the stay. There was a stuff up on the room type which meant I had to move rooms, there was no upgrade, no priority given at restaurants and confusion over diamond benefits.
