I think the service in the Embers restaurant could be a bit more polished, to give a higher level experience (for the prices that are being charged). Food was nice though. We were a little disappointed we didn't get an acknowledgement of our ACCOR status in our room when we arrived. It is actually the 1st time at any Accor Hotel that we have stayed in over the years, that we did NOT receive a little something in our room when we arrived. Was also not able to have an upgrade, even though I know upgraded rooms were available. We were told that you never do an upgrade at that level.

Location is nice and rooms are comfortable. However the customer experience was rather disappointing. I arrived at 7pm at the hotel. Tried to book a table at the dine in restaurant but was declined as it was full. The reception amenities list represented the lounge was open for food until 9pm but when i got there a few minutes before 8pm they were closing… so i could rush a burger and a beer and got back into my room. Probably not the chilling evening i was expecting

We stayed for two nights, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower over bath combo was a bit "old school".
