It was fine until checkout, we were called to checkout quickly. At least we need the day at the SPA which was not provided, otherwise it does not make sense to come late and g’leave the day after.

Dear Mr E. I. M., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your check-out. For your information, you arrived at 3:00 PM and were able to enjoy the SPA all afternoon until 8:00 PM, as well as the following morning until your scheduled departure at noon. Your room was vacated at 1:00 PM. Therefore, we do not fully understand your remark, as access to the SPA was available throughout your stay. Nice experience. A little bit under to fulfill the requirements of a 5* : small bathroom with shower wall waterproofing issues. No separate toilet in a classic room. Small window less than a man's height.
