We were booked at this hotel due to an Air France flight cancellation. As we stayed in the hotel for a short period of time, I can only comment on the extremely dismissive and rude woman who was working when we arrived at 1am. She did not greet us or provide any context on the room or details on the hotel. After referencing the reviews shortly after checking in, it appears many guests have had the treatment, which would warrant management intervention.

This is my go to hotel when at CDG, such a solid choice always. The rooms are great always superbly clean with happy smiling housekeeping staff. The breakfast is the best anywhere super fresh we’ll set out, and then the breakfast team, Maddalena who has been there so long and is amazing, Julia always helpful and with a smile, and Silvia at the desk as you arrive to breakfast, happy helpful and such a nice way about her, nothing is too much trouble. This team make my stay perfect so please thank them all for me.

overall perfect but please make sure the night tempeature can be cooled to arround 18 - 19 degrees as it is really too hot... i met other people who confirmed the same.

Well located. Comfortable room. Not oriented for late arrivals as restaurant and pool close at ten and the pool opens later in the morning. I will probably go elsewhere for a quick layover. It was too expensive for the brief stay.
