Great service, front desk personnel was very nice. Room was clean. Good mattress and sleep. Bathroom was nice and modern. Location is very nice, near nice restaurants, shops and public transport. Coffee quality at breakfast could be improved.

Upon arriving I asked if a room facing the back was available as I am sensitive to noise. None were available but that is fine I was just asking but the receptionist became quite hostile, visually irritated and said “this is a three star hotel, it is very basic”. He let go up and check the noise levels and if I was not happy he could cancel the room. This was said in a strict manner and so I was inclined to stay but ended up going to CitizenM who were very understanding about the noise. I wasted money on the booking. The room itself was ok, basic.
