My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Pullman hotel last weekend. The location is pretty good, relatively close to Auckland city centre. Some might consider it as reason to perform a short walking exercise. The Concierge is also a very convenient service where they would look after your car so you can use it whenever you need it. The room size is good for a couple, and the bed is superbly comfortable. Much better than the beds we slept on in Santorini (Greece) and Sorrento (Italy). The bathroom is modern and fully functional. The breakfast is easily 5-stars with wide selection and variety that caters for every taste buds. The pool is great, it's indoor and warmed up to a comfortable swimming temperature. The Sauna is awesome, but I think the steam room needs a bit of adjustment. The Spa/Jacuzzi didn't have the "bubbles" working or it's switch had been removed. However, it was comfortably heated and the water meets were working. Thanks for making it a comfortable and nice experience 👍.

From booking with my Accor card, accommodating with an apartment, the restaurant replacing my meal when I was dissatisfied, thru to the doorman closing the car door for me, we felt valued.

I felt that the very low lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. The lights are all positioned behind the person standing looking into the mirror which means they cast a shadow.
