Nothing great, breakfast was quite disappointing taken that is a Five star resort. Dinner wasn't good as most items are either too sweet or portion was too big. Really waste of food.

Amazed by the small, thoughtful actions from the staff, exemplifying high quality of customer service and dedication by the team. Although the resort is a distance away from the city centre, it is precisely this proximity which enabled guests to experience the tranquility and serenity of the nature. Some money can perhaps be invested in facility maintenance while preserving the rusty ambience of the resort.

The area is serene and peaceful, borderline isolated, which is what some people may be looking for. The staff are courteous and almost invisible and out of the way unless sought after, which again is helping make the place feel very quiet. Facilities are well maintained and amenities are good enough — the room we stayed in was beautiful (Scenery Pavilion), although the view we got was not as high up as we thought it would be. The location of the restaurant where dinner was served is a bit underwhelming but the location for breakfast (the higher room) more than made up for it — the view (of Wat Ban Pong on the hill) was superb and breakfast selection was great too.
