It was my first time staying here, and I received a warm welcome from the bellboy, who assisted us from the car park to the room. The room was good, the front office team was satisfactory, and the location was convenient. I will definitely come back again.

Constantly loud traffic noise and in the morning noise from pigeons nesting on the outside structure. Pigeon droppings everywhere.

The checkin process was terrible. I had booked the hotel with my hard earned points to celebrate my birthday. Sadly the checkin lady was so confused. I had to reach out to a Senior- Chote who finally showed me different rooms! The rooms do not match with what is shown on the hotels app. The breakfast was the same everyday. Staff would stand in a corner and talk! While Chote did his best to help me celebrate my birthday.. a dry stale pastry was kept in the room with the AC on … the Jazz restaurant where I had 3 dinners.. till date I have not got my points for the spends there. Very very misleading information on your own site about the hotel. Terribly managed by the front desk and management. Definitely would never recommend it to anyone especially wasting hard earned miles. Would recommend someone to call me and speak to me about this experience.
