I chose this for it's convenient location. Familiar with the basic ibis set up which is value for money perfect for a quick 1 night stay. But this particular ibis Siam is horrendous! Old and dated. Cable channels in the room are fuzzy and can't really watch anything. Charges for use of Gym & Pool. Lady at the front desk delayed my check out because they have to check the room is in order (what is there to steal or damage on such a basic set up?). But viola! Indeed, they wanted to charge me for using the laundry bag! Well, I returned it obviously, but as with every hotel in the world, isn't laundry bag for guests to put their dirty clothes for the travel? Why is there even a charge? It's like telling me I have to pay for using the toilet paper!

Very warm welcome when arrival, Warm gesture that I can feel it from the Font desk officers. They have a good teamwork. I can feel that khun Liew advices her new staff, Khun Ellie., who accompanying me during checking in process. I got this information as I asked them after having a good talk with them later. Both of them are nice even at the time of checking in, there were so many customers. Both of them explain necessary information for staying at the hotel and the area around there.

The staff are very helpful and friendly the housekeeper was always had a smile and a greeting for us. Location is central to the shopping centre also it is opposite the train station making getting around much easier.
