I am very disappointed with the check-out process. It took too long, even though I told the staff I was in a hurry. As an Accor member, check-out is usually quick — often I just return the key and leave. However, this hotel made the process very slow and inconvenient. This was a bad experience.

We had an excellent stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam. The hotel was well located in Siam Square area with close proximity to the malls. The staff was friendly, especially Khun Mo and Khun Proud, which provide good services and take care of us during our stay. They are also very helpful in making good rooms arrangement so that my family can stay close by each other.

After a few days travelling elsewhere outside Thailand, it's wonderful to return back to this hotel to recharge and relax, even if it's for one night. The location allows me complete running my errands within a day. As an Accor member, I'm also very pleased with the early check-in benefit.
