Great hotel location. Very nice, clean, spacious rooms. Buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious. Hot food selection, freshly baked bread, fresh fruits and salads were delightful. Service headed by Patcharin was attentive and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Good location , transport use BTS just opposite hotel. 7-11 just at lobby buy anything and food are delicious. Morning just go 7-11 order a coffee.hotel was very clean and customer service are very friendly.

The staff at the check in/check out are very professional & courteous. They responded to our queries & requirements with not delay. The gentlemen at the conceirge are very helpful, especially Dej & Nai. They helped with the luggages & transportation to places we want to visit.

Service: fair The bell boy on the ground floor was nice, apart from him, the staff in 9th floor was so so. was not friendly nor helpful. Location: great close to the big malls. Only concern is the malls are notice start 6:15-7. 7-11 downstairs which is very convenient. Room: fair Dark and old. Toliets wasn’t clean, the towels and bedsheets are washed but looks old. Good thing is the bed is comfortable. Breakfast: bad Limited selection and quality was fair, 7-11 breakfast taste better than their restaurant

Stay was good. but the internet connection in the room was extremely bad. connections kept droppined that i have to use my mobile roaming data for my business conference video call.
