Having completed the online check-in process (resulting in the message to only show an identity document and get you key upon arrival) i was forced to do a complete check-in with all the personal data, nothing pre-filled, and the credit card data had to be provided manually.

Estimado Sr M., Muchas gracias por dedicar el tiempo a compartir su opinión con nosotros. Nos hubiera gustado que tuviera una mejor experiencia en relación a la ayuda con el equipaje en el hotel. Con respecto al desayuno, en Sofitel contamos con diferentes tarifas donde algunas lo incluyen y otras no. Your hotel is beautiful, but there’s usually a sting sewer smell in the toilet area. That should never happen in a hotel of your stature.
