ibis Santiago Las Condes Manquehue 3 estrelas

all most very clean hotel thanks to all workers to serving well for 11 days thanks to all the lady's who clean very good my room and the people who lock after me in the restaurant. very nice . and excellent food .

Ibis Santiago Manquehue Norte is worth every penny you pay. Building is well maintained, room are what you should expect for the price you pay, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very well located, just a few steps from Metro Manquehue. In my case, the only thing I wish my room would have had was a desk lamp because the light in the room wasn't very appropriate if you wanted to work in the night. Apart from that, everything is above expectation given the price price you pay (I travel solo). I definitively recommend the hotel. The breakfast is very good as well!

We stayed there for 6 Nights, and we noticed that there was New Furniture in the lobby area. The lobby bar had also more varieties now. At the Ibis Manquehue Norte the staff is very friendly and attentive. Up through the years we have stayed there quite a few times, and we feel we get to know some of the staff a little. We needed a taxi to og to the bus station downtown, and they called a hotel taxi whcich was there on a very short notice. The price, CLP15000, is quite competitive since you have to drive straight through all of Santiago. If you want to visit a sky bar, the neighbouring hotel, the Icon, is an excellent option. Public transport: The metro station Manquehue is only 100 - 200 mts away, line1. Very convenient.

Ibis usually doesn’t disappoint for a good value place to stay, but I was a little disappointed here with a few finishing touches that were missing - most importantly a lack of sockets near the bed and no glass for a drink or water. Simple touches that would have made the stay more pleasant.

I stayed there for five nights and was told the Hotel had parking, what this website and the hotel does not tell you is the parking is not free!! I stayed in this hotel in March and teh parking was free, no charge. But this time I stayed and the reason I stayed was Parking and after having my bike in the park for these nights I was charged. Not a lot, but that is not the point. Second the room was cold and even as I set the thermostat at 29 it never warmed up. Breakfast for Ibis, very average on world standard as I am staying in ibis in many countries.
