Although we only stayed here for 1 night, I wish it was for a longer time! Had a wonderful experience throughout the hotel with great professional courteous and helpful staff everywhere. Rooms were modern with high spec and every detail well looked after! What a fabubreakfast and dinner spread with a huge choice of different regional dishes…all freshly prepared…amazing! Happy to return here anytime I’m in Delhi again.

Had a wonderful stay here all thanks to the wonderful housekeeping staff and its Manager Miss Ayushi Porwal in particular. I cannot thank her enough for her warm hospitality and friendly and welcoming attitude which helped make our weekend stay memorable. She and the entire staff are approachable and always go extra mile to accommodate our requests and help us all have a wonderful experience in the midst of a crazy weekend crowd. People like her are truly the asset for any property . It's not just the amenities , but staff like this that makes a hotel stand out. I will also mention the staff who handles the in room dining and Buffet . They are one of the most welcoming and courteous folks. The 2 lady chefs who cook Indian style breads and veg curries at dinner are a unique feature in this hotel. These 2 chefs take so much interest and put efforts to make the dining experience super memorable with an infectious smile on their face. THANK YOU 😊

The breakfast buffet was just about all-right. The staff was not too helpful. Not all the guests were given equal attention with regards to basic service. The laundry had to be called up even after mentioning the time on the slip. The checkin and checkout time was decently short.

Disappointed to have a room which is below average even after spending 24k for a night. Being a hotelier at a Director level, this was the worst experience I’ve ever faced. Had to wait for 15 mins at the reception for a simple checkout procedure. Room service done a great job however there must be more options when it comes to Beer.
