Hotel is located in aerocity. Nearvy airport is the big advantage. A bit longer walking for metro station. Also some construction work is going on so have to bear that.

No customer centricity- After a stressful travel from Mumbai to Delhi, I reached at 11 pm and staff made me to pay complete 5 days amount of stay at the check-in. This was despite my booking being a corporate one with my credit card details with them. Amit & his Manager at that time said it is a policy and upon asking the document they went ignorant. No bell boy came to drop me and my bag to room. During the 5 day stay- I might have magnetised the key 10 times from counter as there was no support on floor/phone. Every time I was told that I keep my key along with phone which was not the case as I have been a regular at Hotels including Novotel properties. This property did not do justice to the brand of Novotel. A bad choice for me as I spent my 5 working days here and I will not make this mistake again.
