the shower water was the main issue. afew second it was hot, after that cold, it keep on happening when i was bathing.

I arrived late on Wednesday night and was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made my stay extra comfortable and gave me a good rest. The next day, I used the gym — it was good overall, though more equipment for leg workouts would be a nice addition. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the Pullman staff were consistently warm and helpful. The location is very strategic, right beside Central Park Mall, which made quick shopping easy. I also asked the hotel for a paper bag to carry some items for my flight home, and they kindly assisted without hesitation. Overall, a wonderful experience with friendly staff and great service. I’d gladly stay here again.

I stayed for 5nights at Pullman. I was missing 1 chair as well - only realised this on the last day because I walked past an open door room. Some days the housekeeping didn’t clean entirely as well: like my leftover apple was just left on the counter instead of clearing, I had 2x teacups just left without being cleaned and instead of cleaning it it was just covered with coasters when I clearly can’t drink it anymore. Also they placed the bathrobe on top of my luggage. It’s a luggage… it’s dirty so why lump it with a clean bathrobe that I’m supposed to wear after shower? It’s just slightly disappointing as I’d usually come to this hotel for work and when I’m back in the room I would like to enjoy the comfort of the room
