I enjoyed the stay at the Ibis Budget, the staff at reception was very helpful and friendly, it was easy to check out, good location, simple and clean room. Good value for money. I was also happy I could reserve the hotel and book the room on your website without having to reserve through some 3rd party website and I was able to pay upon arrival. This is important as it is not safe to send credit card details via the internet.

Our stay at the Ibis Budget Dresden City was okay. The hotel is located close to the city center and all its landmarks. The room was small, but for two people, it was manageable. The breakfast was okay but lacked diversity, as we had a long stay (5 nights). The staff was nice and helpful. One aspect that needs improvement is cleanliness. The room was overall clean, but during the stay, I could see that it wasn't being vacuumed.

The location is the best, but even though this is a "budget hotel" I could not believe that there was not a hairdryer available in the room. That is something basic.
