I was disappointed that not one staff member could speak or understand English.

Like any other ibis budget, this is a place to spend the night and nothing more. Rooms were clean, there was very little noise and the breakfast was satiating.

Staff was friendly but they hardly speak English so it was bit tough to communicate. WiFi was "kaputt" so we couldn't use it at all. Room was clean but the smell of old cigarettes was awfull, luckily we could open the window.

Hotel room floor was not clean - there was a bundle of hair on the ground and chips under radiator. Otherwise as expected. Breakfast was good.

The price has doubled since I stayed here a few years ago, but quality did not! Noisy rooms. Doors, showers, toilets, sinks, no elevator, no wifi in the mornings.... I will not return.

The toilet was smelly.

The rooms were good and clean, reception friendly and helpful, but I had booked 2 rooms, one for myself and my husband and one for my elderly mother. The hotel has a disabled parking bay, so presumably you cater for disabled guests, yet the shower has no grip bar nor non-slip mat, so my mother was unable to have a shower. We stayed in 4 different IBIS Budget hotels during our one week trip abroad and it was the same in each hotel. Your website should state clearly that you do not cater for disabled guests so that others do not suffer the same problem.

A place to sleep before hitting the road again. No elevator, room in dire need of refurbishment, toilet/shower combo impractical, as shower wets the entire closet. Location is good though.

Sadly the online booking system doesn't work properly (we got a confirmation but the hotel staff couldn't find our reservation) and the accor hotline for troubleshooting was useless. We ended up having to pay a second time and had to consider ourselfs "lucky" that they actually had a room for us. No nice feeling traveling with a small child. Also, as we have not yet managed to retreive our first payment, which means for that price we could have had a non budget hotel in the center of Dresden. At least the staff was friendly and trying to assist within their possibilities, which were limited to giving us a room for a new payment. The room itself was of very cheap design to the point that taking a shower meant to flood the complete bathroom. Overall a not recommendable expirience. There is no bar. Cheap Design, Pooorly organised. Village does not provide much. Overall friendly but limited in helpfullness

Larger room comparing with other Ibis budget, easy check in, friendly staff, super clean room, comfortable bed and linen.

Tidy, neat room, well thought out.

Bathroom was terrible.

Accommodation and service, very well. But there is small trouble. You two times took money for accommodation. I booked the first of 50 euros, the second time I paid on a reception in hotel. I ask to return advance payment.!!!
