However, we are sorry that a couple of aspects did not meet your expectations. Parking can sometimes be a challenge due to our central location, though many guests use the free street parking nearby. I made a massive schoolboy error by not checking that the hotel has aircon. Having stayed in loads of Accor hotels I presumed this would have had aircon. It didn’t. The room was big but the heat was unbearable and opening the windows to let warm air in just wasn’t an option. On arrival , once discovering the state of the room, a trip to reception yielded a fan that wasn’t much use as it was cheap and not very powerful. Other hotels we have stayed in without air con has prepared the room by putting a fan in the room prior to arrival and opening the windows. You might want to think about that option. The room had a small fridge but this had been disconnected. Why I don’t know. Probably as it generated heat. Location wasn’t in the greatest of places but as we don’t mind walking it wasn’t an issue. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel which is a bonus. The WiFi worked and was decent The breakfast offer was average compared to other Accor hotels. Staff all friendly Would I stay in this hotel again? Unlikely
