Cozy hotel - reasonably priced with very friendly staff and great breakfast. Could however do with a further refurbishment og e.g. doors, locks and the corridors.

During my stay in this hotel in Neustadt, I experienced several serious issues. Despite having Platinum status, I was assigned a room of extremely poor standard, which felt more like a storage or backroom than a proper guest room. The corridor was partially blocked with storage boxes, making access uncomfortable and inappropriate for a hotel environment. The bathroom ventilation was not working, which was confirmed by the reception staff. However, no action was taken, and no alternative room was offered. The most disappointing part was the check-out experience. The receptionist behaved in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. Instead of addressing the issues or showing any understanding, I was met with a lack of respect and zero willingness to help. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations, especially considering my loyalty status. I expected a higher standard of service and at least an attempt to resolve the situation.
