Despite late attival, very welcoming staff, big tooms with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Very good and wide breakfast-buffet. Great stay!

I requested a fridge for my insulin, fridge was put in my room but doesn’t work and neither my friends in the opposite room. You will find 3-4 steps to enter hotel with luggage! Carpet all stained, door knobs missing, 3 doors and 3 steps to get to rooms, again with luggage. No a/c even though there is an ancient a/c on the wall.

Definitely one of the more unique Ibis styles I have stayed in. Arrived early on the first day (around 11:30) and our room was ready for us. Room was located in a quiet spot of the hotel so could not hear any outside noise. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Limited linen is provided, and we had two single doonas for a queen bed and two pillows. The room itself while comfortable and spacious felt more like a private room in a hostel, however it was still perfectly adequate. No remote provided for the air conditioning, which may become a bit uncomfortable on hot days. Staff at the hotel are great and would always smile and say hello when walking past the reception. The location itself very typical of east Germany so if you’re not used to unclean streets maybe stay somewhere else. Hotel is close to many tram and train stops, and really great food options. Would recommend if you’re planning on spending more time sightseeing than lounging around the hotel.
