Cosy and comfortable. Clean. The only disadvantage is noise from the street.

Perfect location to get the S1 and reach the mountains, a lot of good restaurants around too if you know where to look. Sadly, the top floors are paper thin and we could hear every step in the evening. Additionally, we found the cleaning sub par (trash wasn't taken out, floor clearly hadn't even been swept after two days).
