ibis Styles Dresden Neustadt (Opens December 2019) Hotel

If I was asked to find anything wrong with this hotel I would find it a hard task. We enjoyed staying here very much and encountered no problems. It was very comfortable, efficient, clean, quiet, and with capable and helpful staff. A very spacious room; quiet, good big bed with very comfy mattress, excellent bathroom (shower not bath). I particularly liked the generous provision of shelves and flat surfaces to put things down on. Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. I almost gave it very good, but I suppose in Dresden one has to reserve that for the heart of the old town. The street the hotel is in might seem a little forbidding to some people, but there's nothing wrong with ita tram stop next to the hotel, and it's actually in reasonable walking distance of Neustadt main railway station for people like us who like a stroll. The hotal is a nineteenth century building, but fully refurbished and modernised, so it has the best of both worlds. Actually, I am not sure what ambience means here as something that is not covered by the other boxes.
