The staff are welcoming and friendly. I stayed on 1st Jan and the staff were fantastic. I had wifi connection issue that they sorted immediately, Lorenzo was so helpful in getting some business paperwork printed and it was delivered to my room, check in was smooth, easy and fast. The staff were dealing with parents with tired kids, folks with English as a second language and loads of luggage, tired travellers and nothing was too much trouble. Everything handled calmly and with a smile. I return to the Novotel because it is so close and easy and the staff are top tier. Thank you ill be back again

Family accommodation over two nights prior to returning to work in Asia. Great facilities for our needs. As always the hotel's best asset is its staff ; efficient, polite, helpful and friendly.
