The room I was given (Room 355) was absolutely horrible—extremely small, uncomfortable, and poorly designed. The washroom was like a cubicle, with hardly any space to even walk around comfortably. What was even more disappointing was that only after my payment was completed during check-in, I was informed that the hotel was under construction and that there would be construction noise from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is important information that should have been clearly communicated before taking the payment, so that guests can make an informed decision. Considering the amount I paid, the room and overall experience were nowhere close to what I expected. In my opinion, it was not worth even 10% of what I paid. I would strongly recommend that the hotel be more transparent with guests about ongoing construction and room conditions before accepting payment.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience staying at this hotel for two days with my 4-year-old child. It was anything but comfortable. ​We were unable to sleep at all during the night due to loud, constant noise coming from the room right above us. To make matters worse, our room was situated right next to the staff area, where non-stop commotion and chatter continued throughout the day. I had an overnight flight to catch and desperately needed some rest, but neither I nor my exhausted toddler could sleep day or night. ​We went to the front desk to request a room change, hoping to move away from the noise. The staff assured us that they would take care of it, but they completely ignored the issue afterward and never followed up. ​Between the terrible noise levels and the indifferent front desk service, our stay was completely ruined. Traveling with a small child is hard enough, and staying here made it ten times worse. I would strongly advise against staying at this property.

The main issue was with the control of Air conditioning in the room. Although it showed option of setting temperature, it never worked and was too cool due to which I had to switch off the AC. The towels could have been better. The closet seat was also of a different size. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not at all soundproof and noise from other rooms and the corridor was causing disturbance regularly. The breakfast was also average. The attitude of the chef was good and also from one of the staff at the time of check out. The check in staff seemed to be very serious.

The room was too small, moulds on the walls are present, sink is smaller and the tap connected to the bathroom sink is longer thereby causing difficulty in using it. The items in menu for in room dining is very limited. We Ordered butter chicken and the pieces were too small. C

Aerocity is a relaxing precinct and The Ibis is well located within it with the airport close by. t appears that the reception team is relatively new and may not have received adequate training on how to handle customers professionally. During my interaction, the male reception staff informed me that the payment had to be made before check-in and that payment was not allowed at the time of check-out. He also asked me to share my ID details before check-in. When I requested to proceed with the booking and provide the ID details after entering the room, he did not allow me to continue with the booking. The overall interaction suggested a lack of clarity and proper training regarding customer handling and communication of hotel policies.

Check in is very slow specifically when I am staying only for few hours to catch a flight. I almost had to wait 45 minutes, which is not good thing and it happened twice to me.
