The check in was smooth the room was nice , clean and comfortable . The Bar had nice ambience. Breakfast was delicious and vast.

when i check in, front desk team asked me to pay 18452.84 and same been paid. and when i asked for the invoice while check out, it was communicated that, it will be sent out to registered email address, but even after 4 day's not received. tried to call them, phone not connected, email wrote, no response. on 5th day i could able to connect with your team and got an invoice. in the received invoice, billed amount is 15162. there is a3290.84 rupee over charged without any information, and not received any communication on the over charged re-embersment. as this is of business trip, i need to submit this invoice to our accounting department. it would have been an issue to my role in the company.
