Hotel decor is dated and looking dirty, under renovation, renovation isn't noisy or intrusive, Walk to Square One Aerocity which has tons of food and shopping options, Excellent Staff, Mr Rohan at the South Indian Breakfast station makes excellent Veg Utthapam!, Other breakfast OK, they hire disabled people which is commendable, should be a great hotel once this finish renovation.

It was not an average experience due to hotel under renovation. Small size rooms. Basement car parking is stinking, dusty and not organised. Our early check in request took some odd 30 mins. But the room 340 was stinking, dingy, old and lacking in good light and air. Towels were old and turned into a greyish off white. Broken toiletries, infested telephone, stain marks on table, useless cheap brand of tea bags. Damp and humid linens over bed. Mosquito infestation noticed. Fungal growth on telephone handset. AC functioning is old and wornout. Not worth to money we paid. But Thanks to hotel staff agreed to change the room to 752 which was small but good. Food is good. Transport availability is very good. Low rating is based on overall hygeine point of view. Population number and stressed employees lacking in technical knowledge is a major issue in present days. Major overhaul required.
