room service is a joke .. no menu in room. qr code on wall only for aircrew .. menu was brought to my room , but it turns out it was the day menu and I wasn't allowed to order from that menu , then knock on door and a person tried to take a food order but anything I asked for wasn't possible , I was getting more and more angry by this time , it was close to 1am and I hadn't eaten since breakfast time the day before .. I won't be coming back to this hotel , I put in a complaint .. I've heard nothing since .. talk about unprofessional ... thus hotel is a joke

It was overall a good experience and very good value for money. The only incident limiting my review took place during dinner, which was included in the booking, several waiters refuse to get me water. I came very early, shortly after I arrived they put a jug of water on every table, independent if occupied or not, only my table as the only one in the entire restaurant was left out. I asked if I can get water, which was declined by two waiters only a third one did get me some water.
