Ibis Novena is situated near the Novena Metro station, and ideal start to your day. The Hotel has all the Ibis perks, very skilled staff in courtesy and helpfulness and and a fabulous breakfast offer, not too miss. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, there is a general good atmosphere in and around the hotel. Let me congratulate the whole team, especially the Desk with Ryann, Esh, Ivy and Cecilia The best room service by Linda The helpful staff in the Restaurant with Janssen, Jolin, the outstanding Gordon. Thank you all, until next time!

Ibis Singapore Novena is well located. Zhongsan Mall is just across the road. Novena MRT is just few bus stops away. Customer service is average. The bed quality is terrible. My family had backache after staying there for 4 nights. Can't really sleep well due to the bed quality.

We were happy with the room and breakfast but apart from that there is nothing else to report, except to say the staff were friendly and helpful and Lulu did a great job of keeping our room stocked and clean.
