My stay at Ibis was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no room service, and housekeeping was unavailable after the afternoon. There were no staff members to assist with carrying our luggage to the room, and even during checkout, we received no help with our bags. Overall, it turned what should have been a pleasant family trip into a stressful and disappointing experience. Ibis Singapore completely failed to meet even basic expectations.
